Everything in moderation -Take 2
« on: February 20, 2012, 03:34:22 PM »
Hi all,

This just to let everyone know that we have appointed stevie f as the moderator for the Travel and Tourism Forum and its two sub forums. This was not a decision that was taken lightly. Steve has made a lot of effort in dragging members onto the forum and has offered several suggestions .... Some have actually been implemented! He has expressed an interest in jollying this section up, hence his appointment.

He is not there as anyone's whipping boy! I trust that in the event of him having to intervene that you will all treat him as you have treated Trisa and I. As far as we are concerned, moderation has not been onerous. I hope Steve will have a similar experience.

In the event that Steve, or for that matter, any member has any difficulty over any decisions relating to the moderation of these forums, please don't hesitate to ask Trisa or I to mediate! Remember that any moderating decisions outside of the Travel and Tourism forums are still down to either Trisa or I.

Good for you Stevie :-*

I doubt you'll ever have a reason to chastise me --but if you do---please don't shout at me using Blue bold text ;D

Stevie,

Well done with all your recent efforts. Do you ever sleep? Do you ever work? I don't suppose that you are moonlighting with the Wolverhampton branch of E.O.T?

All joking aside, your input has been noted and is appreciated.

bold blue text does remind me strangely of water in a water butt.......can't think why!

But yes, always tell me if I boob.....something meant one way by the author can easily be read in a different way, and cause offence accidentally
