Here is a photo of a white oleander flower. It middle looks similar but your photo looks like a single flower whereas oleanders are usually a cluster aren't they? We can delve more when we have a photo of the whole plant. No pressure Rob!

Looks good, Trisa.

Difficult to tell when the flowers are possibly at different stages of development.
