May I belatedly add to this subject?   Tripa in Kinopiastes is open on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime during the winter.   This famous old restaurant is certainly worth a visit and is a "one-off".   In the middle of the village on a corner just before you get to the main church and square.    Parking is available behind the church.
