Great little books. I think I have all of them!

Perhaps this is a bit too much information but I have read every Maigret book that has been translated into English (over seventy).  Anybody read Inspector Montalbano?  The TV series, set in Sicily, is currently showing on Saturday nights and we really enjoy it.

I recently bought 3 Rebus talking books for 2 each in a shop near Euston.  It's become our bedtime listening, though I don't guarantee pleasant dreams!

Not heard of Inspector Montalbano but I will look it up. I've found the TV series on BBC 4 so that's me sorted for tonight!
Trouble with talking books is that they always send me to sleep and mean I have to keep backtracking.

I am just reading one called "The Facebook Killer" by M L Stewart with Amazon on kindle 0.77p

It could just stop you wanting to log on to Facebook or any other site that people could find you again.   :o

It is about a normal working class man who had a good job, a wife and a daughter and suddenly one night lost his wife and daughter and how he went from a Banker to a Serial Killer and all his info was found on facebook  :-X :-X

How much of the book have you read Viv? I have a reason for asking!

It's a very grisly read isn't it and the spelling mistakes drove me frantic!!!

Amazon put this on there page:

PLEASE NOTE: The early versions of FBK series contained spelling & grammatical errors. These have been edited and corrected. Please take this into consideration when browsing the reviews.

By the way I am only a few chapters into it.  He has just done the first two killings.
