Sea Bream in Crazy Water
« on: February 06, 2013, 12:50:05 PM »
I just watched Gennaro cooking this and my mouth was actually watering! I can't wait for the tasty summer tomatoes to make this. It looks absolutely gorgeous and that sauce! Wow! It just looks so delicious.

This really is my sort of food!

Trisa finally got around to cooking this dish for dinner tonight. What can I say? It was superb!

We both like fish and I must confess that I really fancied it today. If only one was offered something like this when we dine out. It was so simple and only took about half an hour to produce from start to finish. Considering that it was the first time Trisa had prepared this dish, I thought that was pretty good.

The chilli and garlic give both the fish and the 'sauce' a really fresh taste but it is not overpowering. A few slices of ciabatta to mop up the sauce finished the meal off a treat. We will be having this again. We both agreed that it would be excellent during summer.

Highly recommended!
